First Shot Program at MIT.
The program consists of two consecutive days

Sunday, Jan 14, 9:30 am-3:30 pm in the Rockwell Cage North court (archery range)

Kyudo Practice in a Zen environment. You'll receive personalized instruction in the basic principles of the kyudo form and the formless aspects of Kyudo as a meditation practice.

Kyudo Intensive 2024 with Kanjuro Shibata XXI Sensei
Wednesday, September 25- Sunday, September 29(arrival on Wednesday 1:00 -5:00 pm. program ends Sunday 4:00 pm
Location: Bodhi Manda Zen Center, 1 Bodhi Drive, Jemez Springs, NM 87025
Kyudo Intensive with Shibata Sensei this year at Bodhi Manda Zen Center in New Mexico. The program, as usual, will include sitting meditation, work practice, lots of kyudo practice, evening talks, and discussions.
Bamboo Harvest
The tentative date is the week before Thanksgiving
(November 17-23, 2024).
Location: Odum, GA
This program includes a Ya Making segment, bamboo harvesting, Kyudo practice for distance, long distance, temple/speed shooting, and flight shooting.
